DAKAR (FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019) - Exciting forward Hamady N'diaye returns to Senegal fold ahead of African Qualifiers Second Round

DAKAR (FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019) - Exciting forward Hamady N'diaye has been included in the final 12-man Senegal roster for the upcoming FIBA Basketball World Cup Qualifiers Second Round that is
scheduled to take place from September 14-16 in Lagos, Nigeria.
Ndiaye, who suffered a compound fracture to his right foot during the second window in Maputo in February, is expected to bring experience to the Senegalese side that is looking to return to the FIBA Basketball World Cup after making it to the 2014 edition in Spain.

The star-studded Senegalese roster also features Minnesota Timberwolves Gorgui Sy Dieng, a very dependable player for his side in the third window this June that guided them to this stage and along with Youssoupha Ndoye, the Lions look like the team to beat in Nigeria. Senegal, who sit in second place in Group F, open their Second Round account against a stubborn Rwandan side before taking on Mali the next day. Sunday will present a full-blown contest between Senegal and hosts Nigeria in what should be a very highly contested game.
